Margaret Szegvari has worked in the field of education for more than 30 years. With a B.A. in history from Hamilton College and an Ed.M. in Counseling Processes and C.A.S. in School Leadership both from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Margaret has been Pike’s Director of Teacher Training for the past 18 years. She is passionate about providing our graduate students with the opportunities to deeply explore the many facets of elementary teaching and to build the foundations necessary for successful careers as classroom teachers and school leaders. In her time at Pike she has mentored over 100 graduate students. She sees her work as fundamental to school reform and as an essential piece of her commitment to supporting our nation’s schools and the children within them.
